DIET CHICKEN CHOP SUEY 
4 to 6 oz. boiled white meat chicken
1 chicken bouillon cubes
1 can Chinese vegetables
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 sm. chopped onion

Cook onion in water until tender. Add bouillon dissolved in 1 cup water. Add chicken and Chinese vegetables. Simmer until liquid cooks down and vegetables are at desired tenderness. Serve over 1/2 cup rice. Pass the soy sauce.

NOTE: This may be used as a Weight Watchers supper or a lunch by decreasing the amount of chicken.
