CHICKEN CHOP SUEY 
1 onion, chopped
2 c. cooked white chicken, diced
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. water

Cook rice or noodles. Brown onion in skillet. Add celery and chicken. Mix cornstarch and water together. Add to chicken and heat to thicken. Add mushrooms, bean sprouts and soy sauce. Cook for 30 minutes. Pour over cooked rice or chow mein noodles.
