APRICOT CHICKEN 
1 bottle Russian dressing
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. or more apricot preserves
1 chicken cut up

Mix dressing, soup and preserves in bowl. Dip chicken in marinade and place in baking dish. Let marinade in refrigerator for 2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. I put additional mixture on chicken halfway through cooking. Juice is good on rice.
