CHICKEN LA APRICOT 
6 to 8 chicken breasts, cutlets or ribs
1 reg. pouch dehydrated onion soup
1/2 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1/2 (12 oz.) jar apricot jam

Mix soup mix, dressing and jam together. Place chicken in baking dish. Cover with glaze mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered 1/2 of the time.
