CHICKEN APRICOT 
1 bottle creamy Russian dressing
1 jar (8 oz.) apricot preserves
3 whole chicken breasts, filleted, skinned and split
1/3 to 2/3 c. water, optional
1 env. onion soup mix

Place chicken in roasting pan. Mix all ingredients together. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Baste during last 1/2 hour. Drain off any fat. Can serve over rice or noodles or plain with stuffing. Serves 6.
