APRICOT CHICKEN 
8 chicken halves
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing

Mix together the onion soup mix, preserves and salad dressing. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour other ingredients over chicken. Cover with foil. In a 350 degree oven bake chicken 1 hour, then uncover it and baste and bake another 15 minutes.
