BROILED TERIYAKI CHOPS 
2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. minced green onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 (1" thick) boneless pork chops

Combine first 4 ingredients. Pour over pork chops and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Remove; keep marinade. Place chops on broiler rack. Broil 5-6 inches from heat for 12o-15 minutes. Brush with marinade, turn once. To test for doneness, insert a meat thermometer. It should register 160 degrees.
