AUNT ETHEL'S FUDGE 
3/4 c. butter
2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts

In heavy saucepan melt butter. Add brown sugar, cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk and cook until mixture boils. Cool to lukewarm. Stir in vanilla. Add powdered sugar, beating vigorously until fudge like consistency. Stir in nuts. Pour in buttered 8x8 pan. Chill. Cut in squares. Makes 3 dozen pieces.
