MACARONI SALAD 
2 c. macaroni
1 carrot, shredded
3/4 c. pickles, chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. chunky chopped ham
1 lg. tomato, diced
1 lg. cucumber, diced
5 boiled eggs
1/4 tsp. vinegar
3/4 c. diced Cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, diced

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and allow to cool. While macaroni is cooling, prepare tomato, carrot, cucumber, pickles, onion, eggs, cheese and ham. When macaroni is cool, stir in mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar. Then add all vegetables, eggs, meat and cheese. Stir until well combined. Refrigerate overnight. Makes 6 (1/2 cup) servings.
