BOHEMIAN COFFEE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mace (spice)
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sweet cream
3 egg yolks
1/4 c. milk
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 tbsp. sugar

Put flour in a bowl with salt and mace; cut in the butter. Beat egg yolks with sugar and add to butter flour mixture; then add cream. Dissolve yeast in the 1/4 cup milk (warmed); add to other ingredients, and mix well. After standing in refrigerator overnight, put on floured board and roll out while cold. Fill with any desired filling. Place in greased bundt pan and let rise 2 hours or until double in bulk; then bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
