SHRIMP BISQUE 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Campbell's condensed cream of shrimp soup
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. tomato juice
1/3 c. dry sherry
Several dashes of Tabasco
A little salt and pepper to taste

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and simmer 5 minutes. Add more sherry if necessary. Before serving top with a few shrimp, if available, or chopped fresh dill or simply paprika. Soup can be served hot or cold. If cold, refrigerate overnight. Serves 4-5.
