VANILLA ICE CREAM 
4 lg. eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pure vanilla
2 lg. cans Pet or Carnation milk
1/2 gal. reg. milk

Mix sugar and eggs together slowly. Add all other ingredients. Pour into gallon freezer and if not full finish with milk. Pack ice and ice cream salt around freezer. Freeze. This will freeze in about 15 or 20 minutes.
