1 pkg. spice cake mix
1 can applesauce
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 c. nuts
2 c. grated coconut

Combine cake mix, applesauce, eggs, and baking powder. Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees until done or according to cake mix directions.

Cook milk and brown sugar in pan on medium heat until it boils for one minute. Add nuts and coconut and spread on cake (still in 9 x 13 pan). Let cool. Cut and serve.
