ITALIAN SPECIAL SOUP 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 qts. water
2 tbsp. beef bouillon (instant)
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
4 c. fine egg noodles, uncooked

Cook sausage and onions in large pot until browned, drain. Stir in water, bouillon, seasonings; bring to a boil. Stir in spinach and uncooked noodles. Add more water. Boil 3 minutes or until noodles are tender.
