MELTING MOMENTS 
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1/3 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
Almond Butter Cream
Red and green food coloring

Cream butter with powdered sugar, blend in flour gradually. Blend until satin smooth. Roll rounded half teaspoonfuls of dough into marble sized balls between palm of hands. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until firm. Remove from cookie sheets, cool completely on wire racks. Make Almond Butter Cream - Tint 1/2 pink and other 1/2 green. Put half of the cookies together with flat sides with pink frosting and 1/2 the cookies with green.

ALMOND BUTTER CREAM:

Blend 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons cream and 1/4 teaspoon almond extract until smooth.
