MELTING MOMENTS (COOKIES) 
1 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. confectioners' sugar, sifted
1 1/4 c. plain flour, sifted
1/2 c. cornstarch

Cream butter. Add sugar and beat. Add flour and cornstarch. Beat until smooth. Drop by teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees, 10-12 minutes. These cookies do not brown on top. Cool and frost. Yields 5 dozen.
