OREO COOKIES AND CREAM 
1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed (reserve 3/4 c.)
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 jar fudge ice cream topping
1 lg. tub Cool Whip

Combine crushed Oreos with melted butter and pat into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Slice ice cream into blocks and place evenly on top of crushed Oreos. (Place ice cream topping in microwave to warm it and make it more pourable). Spread fudge topping evenly over ice cream and then spread Cool Whip on top of fudge topping. Sprinkle the 3/4 cup of crushed Oreos over top and freeze until ready to serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
