OREO COOKIES AND ICE CREAM
DESSERT
 
30 crushed Oreo's (lg. chunks)
1/2 c. melted butter

Freeze for 15 minutes in the bottom of a 13x9 pan.

Spread over crust (above) and return to freezer.

TOPPING:

4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 sm. cans (5 oz.) evaporated milk

Bring to a boil; cook until thick, about 2 or 3 minutes. Cool and spread over ice cream layer. Store in freezer.
