1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 lg. tub Cool Whip, thawed
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened

Mix all ingredients in very large bowl until well mixed. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan and freeze until firm. Cut to serve. Can serve with hot fudge, fruit, et cetera.
