CHOW MEIN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
Salt & pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. chopped celery
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can chow mein noodles
2/3 can evaporated milk

Brown beef; drain and cook with onions until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in remaining ingredients. Place in 2 quart casserole. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. This casserole freezes well before or after baking.
