QUICK AND EASY PECAN PIE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. white sugar
Pinch of salt
1 c. light Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Gradually add sugar and salt to the 2 eggs that have been beaten until light and fluffy. Keep beating as they are all added. Keep beating while adding vanilla and syrup. Pour into uncooked pie shell, sprinkle pecans on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
