DASH POTATO WEDGIES 
POTATO WEDGIES:

3 med. potatoes
1/3 c. butter
2 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
1/2 c. shredded cheese

SOUR CREAM DIP:

1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash

Combine dip ingredients, cover and chill. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Scrub potatoes, pat dry, cut each into 8 wedges. Melt butter in small pan, add Mrs. Dash. Dip potato wedges in mixture, coating all sides. Place in single layer on 15"x10" shallow pan, cut side down. Spoon remainder over potatoes. Bake 30 minutes, turn and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown with crisp edges. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes and continue baking 3 to 5 minutes or until melted; drain. Serve with Sour Cream Dip. Serve with Mrs. Dash Steak Sauce.
