GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated kind in a shaker jar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper, less than 1/4 tsp.
1/3 c. butter

Peel and cut potatoes into 2 inch wedges. (Do NOT pre-cook).

Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a paper or plastic bag - large enough to shake and coat potato wedges.

Moisten potatoes with a few drops of water. Shake in the bag to coat well.

Melt the butter in a 13 x 9 inch pan or dish. Arrange coated potatoes evenly. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour (or 350 degrees for 2 hours covered with foil). Turn once.
