TORTILLA PIE 
3 lb. hamburger
12 corn tortillas
Grated cheese
3 cans Rosarita Enchilada sauce
2 cans sliced olives
1 med. chopped onion

Fry hamburger and onions; drain, put aside in bowl. Heat sauce in skillet to boil, cook tortillas until soggy (about 1 minute). Start in bowl with tortillas and layer with meat, olives and cheese until finished. Pour remaining sauce on top, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
