PEON TORTILLA PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. onion, chopped
4 oz. green chilies, diced
1/2 can water
12 flour tortillas

Saute in a little oil, meat, onion and garlic. Add soups, water and chilies. Cut tortillas in half. Pour some of beef mixture in casserole, add some tortillas, then beef, etc., ending with sauce. Bake, covered for an hour at 325 degrees. Top with grated cheese and bake, uncovered for 15 minutes longer.
