TORTILLA PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (approximately 1 1/2 oz.) pkg. chili seasoning mix
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
1 sm. can diced chiles (optional)
6 corn tortillas
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

In skillet, brown ground beef; drain fat. Return to stove and add tomato sauce, chili seasoning mix, olives, chiles, if desired. Simmer 10-15 minutes.

In round 2-quart casserole dish, layer tortillas, meat sauce, and cheese. Top with additional 1/2 cup cheese. Pour 1/2 cup water down edge of dish into bottom of casserole. Cover. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Garnish top (when baked) with sour cream, chiles, sliced olives, and green onions. Enjoy!
