TORTILLA PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix (1 1/2 oz.)
1 can sliced ripe olives (2 1/4 oz.)
6 corn tortillas
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. water
Sour cream for garnish

Brown beef in skillet. Add tomato sauce, chili seasoning mix and olives; simmer. In round 2 quart casserole, make alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Top with remaining cheese. Pour water down edge of tortilla stock into bottom of casserole. Cover and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
