SUNSHINE GRAPE BUTTER 
1 lb. grapes
1 lb. sugar

Pick grapes from stem and wash. Weigh and put into a cooking pan, adding an equal amount of sugar. Bring mixture to a rolling boil and continue to boil for twenty minutes.

For grapes with seeds, press through a sieve or food mill. If seedless grapes are used, process in a blender or food processor.

Pack into hot sterilized jars leaving 1/4-inch headspace and seal. Process 1/2 pint jars in boiling water bath for 10 minutes or refrigerate.
