GRAPE BUTTER 
1 qt. fresh grapes
4 c. sugar

Wash grapes and pick from stems. Add sugar and crush just enough to start the juice; mix well. Bring to a boil as quickly as possible and continue boiling briskly for 20 minutes. Strain through a coarse sieve. I used a Foley food mill. Pour into hot jars and seal. Do not double.

I have been making this recipe for many years and we love it. It is so quick and easy. I would like to know if this same recipe could be made with maybe black raspberries or any other kind of berries or fruit?
