GRAPE BUTTER | |
1 qt. fresh grapes 4 c. sugar Wash grapes and pick from stems. Add sugar and crush just enough to start the juice; mix well. Bring to a boil as quickly as possible and continue boiling briskly for 20 minutes. Strain through a coarse sieve. I used a Foley food mill. Pour into hot jars and seal. Do not double. |
