TATOR TOT BAKE 
1 lb. beef or turkey
1 sm. onion
Salt & pepper to taste
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen tater tots
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk or water
1 c. shredded cheese

In skillet, brown meat and onion. Drain and season with salt and pepper. Place in a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Top with potatoes. Combine soup and milk or water. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
