QUICK TATER TOT BAKE 
3/4-1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 soup can milk or water
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

In skillet brown the meat and onion. Drain off any fat. Season with salt and pepper. Place in greased 1 1/2-quart or 2-quart casserole and top with the potatoes. Combine soup and milk or water and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degree for 30-40 minutes. Yield: 2-4 servings.
