QUICK TATOR TOT BAKE | |
1 lb. ground beef or turkey 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen tator tot potatoes 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1/2 soup can milk or water 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese In skillet, brown the meat and onion. Drain any fat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in a greased 1 1/2 quart to 2 quart casserole. Top with potatoes. Combine soup and milk or water; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Yield: 2-3 servings. |
