QUICK POT BAKE 
1 to 2 lbs. hash brown frozen potatoes
1 can celery soup
1 can onion soup

In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, spread potatoes evenly. Mix soups together, add one can of water, blend; pour over potatoes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees to make this a main dish, add 1 cup cubed ham to soups, sprinkle cheese over, about 1 cup.
