QUICK TATER TOT BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef, turkey or chicken
1 sm. onion, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 package (16 oz.) frozen tater tots
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 soup can of milk
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

In large skillet, brown meat and onion. Drain. Season with salt and pepper. Place in greased 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole. Top with frozen potatoes. Combine soup and milk and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
