1/2 lb. butter 2 eggs 1 lg. pkg. cream cheese 2 c. flour Mix butter and cream cheese thoroughly until smooth. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Add flour and mix again. Use hands to mix and roll dough into a ball and put in refrigerator for 3 or 4 hours. (Best results obtained by leaving dough in refrigerator overnight.) Cut dough in small pieces and flatten with hands. Then use roller to smooth dough - very thin pieces of dough. Cut with ravioli cutters in squares and fill with jam or jelly. Be sure to roll tightly or else jam or jelly will run when in oven. Use 375 degree oven and cook 6-7 minutes. When cool, use confectioners' sugar on top. |
