STUFFED PEPPERS 
4 green peppers
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
1 lb. ground beef
1 can drained kidney beans
Grated cheese (Parmesan or Romano)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cans water

Cut slices from stem end of peppers and remove seeds. Parboil in water to cover 5 minutes. Brown meat with onion and seasonings. Add kidney beans and cook 5 minutes with tomato sauce and water. Stuff peppers and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes in pan with 1 cup water in bottom. A piece of bacon may be put on top of cheese. Delicious!
