HUNGARIAN CHEESE SPREAD 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
6 tbsp. sour cream
3 to 4 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. Hungarian paprika
2 anchovy fillets (mashed) or 1 tsp. anchovy paste

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, using a fork and blend well. Serve as a spread on thin sliced, pumpernickel or use as a dip for veggies by adding more sour cream until dipping consistency.
