BAKED HUNGARIAN NOODLES FOR 24 
1 lb. fine noodles
4 c. cream style cottage cheese
4 c. sour cream
1 c. minced onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 dashes Tabasco
4 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 tsp. salt (optional)
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Hungarian paprika
Fresh ground Parmesan cheese
6 chicken breasts, cut in 4 pieces or substitute fish fillets, etc.

Parboil chicken breasts. Cook noodles in this fluid. Mix all ingredients except Parmesan cheese and paprika. Butter a large casserole. Arrange noodles, mixed ingredients, and chicken pieces. Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
