HUNGARIAN CUCUMBERS 
1 lg. cucumber
1/2 pt. sour cream
Hungarian paprika
Pepper
Salt
1 lg. or med. clove garlic

Peel cucumber; slice paper thin and place in drainer. Salt well and let stand 1/2 hour. Squeeze out excess liquid. Mix rest of ingredients.
