FLOUNDER IN LEMONY DILL SAUCE 
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt, optional
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 lb. flounder fillets

In a 10 inch skillet over medium low heat, heat first 5 ingredients until butter is melted and hot. If flounder fillets are large, cut into serving size pieces. Add flounder to butter mixture in skillet; cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes (until flounder flakes easily when tested with a fork). Arrange flounder with its sauce in a warm deep platter. If you like, garnish with lemon slices. Makes 4 servings. 155 calories per serving.
