CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
3 1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 fresh bunch (3 stalks)
1 env. dry chicken soup mix
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 med. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter

Cook broccoli until crisp and tender. Bring milk (3 1/2 cups), broccoli and onion to boil. Blend dry soup mix, flour and milk (1/2 cup) together and add to first mixture. Stir constantly on low heat. Simmer until mixture thickens. Add butter and blend in. Serve hot.
