BAKED CHICKEN & SOUR CREAM 
2 cut up chicken pieces
1/2 lemon
1 c. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 pkg. dry mushroom soup mix
1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. sherry wine

Rub chicken pieces with lemon and let stand 1/2 hour. Dust the pieces of chicken in a plastic bag with the flour, salt and pepper. Brown chicken pieces in hot shortening. Place browned chicken pieces into large casserole dish (or other pan for baking).
