SWEET AND SOUR VEGETABLES 
1 bag frozen assorted vegetables
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 med. onion
1 c. water
Cornstarch
Salt and pepper

Fry bacon and onions until crisp. Cook vegetables until tender. Boil sugar, vinegar, garlic, onion, salt and pepper and 1/8 cup bacon grease. Thicken with cornstarch and water. Mix with vegetables.
