SWEET AND SOUR VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
2 c. rotini pasta
1 can red kidney beans, drained

Drop in boiling water; cook 10 minutes, drain, rinse and cool.

Celery
Green pepper
Onion

Use as much of each as you like.

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. celery seed

Cook until thick. Cool and add to vegetables.
