SWEET AND SOUR VEGETABLES 
3 c. carrots
3 c. broccoli
3 c. cauliflower
1 bell pepper
1 med. onion
1/2 c. salad oil
1 can cream of tomato soup
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard

Slice carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, pepper, onion. Mix salad oil, tomato soup, vinegar, sugar, mustard. Bring to boiling point. Pour over vegetables, let stand in refrigerator 24 hours. Good with crackers.
