1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
1 egg
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Mix first 3 ingredients and press into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Mix remaining 2 eggs and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix well. The mixture will have a runny consistency, pour over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
