EULA COMPANY CAKE 
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
4 egg yolks

Mix above ingredients into double boiler and cook until thick. Let cool. 1/4 c. water 2 tsp. vanilla 4 beaten egg whites

Add the above to custard. Fold in 1 large can of crushed pineapple. Break a loaf of angel food cake into bite-size pieces. Layer custard and cake into 9x13 inch cake pan. Top with Cool Whip and coconut. Makes 12 huge servings.
