SPINACH SALAD (SALATET SABANEGH) 
1 lb. spinach
Salt
Juice of 1 lemon
Oil
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. English walnuts, chopped

Sprinkle spinach with salt. Chop fine. Rinse thoroughly and squeeze out moisture. Add remaining ingredients, using just enough oil to coat spinach. This is really a nutritious taste treat. Your guests won't believe they are eating spinach. Serves 4.
