2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. cocoa
3 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. pecans
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk

In large saucepan, mix sugar, butter, vanilla, cocoa and milk until it boils. Boil for 1 minute. Stir in oatmeal, peanut butter and pecans. Spoon by tablespoon onto wax paper and allow to cool for at least an hour before removing.
