SKILLET CABBAGE 
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 green pepper, cut in sm. pieces
2 c. diced celery
2 lg. onions, sliced
2 tomatoes, skinned and chopped
1/4 c. bacon drippings
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all the above in a large skillet. Cook covered over medium heat 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serves 6-8.
